Rob Laizure Sr. (CEO)
Rob Laizure has enjoyed a successful career in the outdoor advertising business for 30 years. He founded Nevada Outdoor Systems in 1992 and grew it to over 100 Billboards in Las Vegas by 1996. Then he merged with Martin Media and consolidated the Las Vegas market to over 1,000 billboards. In 1999, Martin Media was acquired by Chancellor Media Group. In early 2000 Rob purchased Flack Outdoor in Phoenix, Arizona and started Laizure Cooney Outdoor. Over the next 5 years Laizure Cooney grew to over 200 billboards and was sold to Clear Channel.
In 2006 he founded ProCerex Dental Lab which specializes in high quality manufacturing of dental prosthetics in China. In February of 2011 he sold ProCerex to focus his energy onto FullContour. His successful experiences in manufacturing and consolidating business have given him a unique skill set to lead the FullContour team.
Rob Laizure Jr. (Account Manager)
Rob Laizure is one of the founders of FullContour Design Center. He graduated from Willamett University with a Major in Business Economics and a Minor in Japanese. He started ProCerex Dental Lab in 2006 and helped it grow to be Nobel Biocare’s 10th largest lab in the United States.
Rob not only has experience in the dental laboratory business, he has a comprehensive understanding of contour, anatomy, and occlusion. He teaches and trains FullContour’s dental technicians in China on a regular basis. Rob is responsible for the overall operations in both the United States and China.
Sean Laizure (Account Manager)
Sean has been involved in the dental field for over 6 years. He worked at ProCerex Dental lab for the last 5 years in sales and marketing. His dental knowledge and sales ability brings a great value to the FullContour team. Sean is an account manager for FullContour and will be involved in customer service.
Jesse Laizure (Account Manager)
Jesse Laizure is one of the founders of FullContour Design Center. He graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in Business Economics. He joined ProCerex in 2008 after he graduated and focused on sales and production. He travels to China with Rob on a regular basis. In 2010, Jesse moved to China for several months to help start the design center. While there, Jesse personally selected our design team by focusing on dental technicians that had a minimum of 3 years experience with a passion for design. Jesse is responsible for account management and technical assistance with FullContour.
Micah Laizure (Account Manager)
Micah has been in the dental field for the last 3 years. Prior to his involvement with ProCerex Dental Lab, Micah spent his time and efforts trading in the stock market. Micah was involved in sales and marketing with ProCerex Dental lab and his relationship building brings great value to FullContour. Micah is an account manager for FullContour and will be involved in customer service.
Andy Yi (Production Manager)
Andy is the Production Manager of FullContour at their design headquarters in China. He has worked with the Laizure family in the dental industry for over 5 years. He speaks 3 languages and he has a comprehensive understanding of dental design. Andy has advanced training in anterior esthetics, abutment design, posterior design & veneer design.
